SVS-Dnepr has a long experience in completing various construction works of any degree of complexity.
Given that one of the Company’s key types of activities is installation of electrical equipment, including in equipment of electrical substations, distribution points etc, SVS-Dnepr also carries out works related to construction and reconstruction of such buildings and facilities (buildings: Osokorki 110/10 kV SS (substation); 110/6 kV, 35/6 kV DHS (district heating station); Vokzalnaya 110/10 kV SS; Kharkovskaya 110/ kV V SS; Politekhnicheskaya 110/10 kV SS; Bastionnaya 110/10 kV SS; 110/35/6 kV SS of Volyncement OJSC in Zdolbunov; 10 kV Feeder point combined with 10/0.4 kV TSS (transformer substation) for external electrical supply of the autocenter located in Sofiyevskaya Borshchagovka village, 27, Ozernaya St., Kyiv-Sviatoshyn district, Kyiv region; 10 kV DP (distribution point) for electrical supply of Kyiv-Airport logistics center in Boryspil district, Kyiv region; 10/0.4 kV TSS located at 6, Laboratorny lane; 10/0.4 kV TSS located at Lunacharski St., 10/0.4 kV TSS located at 13, Saksaganski St., TSS-129 located at 69, Gonchar St., etc).
Acting as a general contractor, the Company has built a number of various production and public buildings, such as Honda motor-bicycle showroom with a cafeteria, a shopping mall with NISSAN service station and AUDI car showroom on the Dnepr embankment in Kyiv; the Living God Church in Vyshgorod, etc.
The Company also carries out significant scopes of work related to reconstruction of buildings and facilities (reconstruction of a tomato workshop into a wine workshop with a capacity of 50 t wine processing per season for Veles LLC located in Krinichnoye village, Bolgradski district, Odessa region; reconstruction and technical re-equipment of DHS-1 (district heating station) in Kyiv; a building of the water treating plant (WTP) and the district heating network pump infeed; reconstruction of the workshops of Fronius-Fakel JV LLC located in Kniazhychi town, Brovary district, Kyiv region; reconstruction of the Archangel Michael Church located in Krinichnoye village, Bolgradski district, Odessa region; reconstruction of the cafeteria located in Vyshgorod, Kyiv region, at 7, Naberezhnaya St., etc).
The construction services offered by SVS-Dnepr CJSC includes not only works related to construction and reconstruction of buildings and facilities, but also performance of works related to repair of offices, apartments, and other premises using modern high quality finishing, sanitary ware, and other building materials. For example, the Company repaired the buildings of Energobank JSB located at 9/9, Luteranskaya St., a car showroom located at 13, Krasnoarmeyskaya St., a number of production and welfare buildings of the banknote printing and minting works of the NBU of Ukraine in Kyiv, Kyiv hydroelectric pumped storage power plant in Vyshgorod, and also many apartments, country houses, and summer houses.
The specific type of construction works performed by the specialists of our Company include works related to installation of off-site utilities and water supply systems, sewerage systems, heat supply systems, and hot water supply systems.
