Interpipe plans to invest USD 35 million in the construction of the first high voltage cable line in Ukraine
Interpipe plans to invest USD 35 million in the construction of two circuit power transmission cable line with a voltage of 330 kV from the Pridnieprovsksya thermal power plant to the Pechnaya substation. The power transmission line will be designed for external electrical supply to the Interpipe Stal melting complex. The total length of the cable line from the Pridneprovskaya TPP to the Pechnaya substation will amount to 12.5 km. Most of it will be laid along highways.
SVS-Dnepr CJSC is the general contractor for the cable line construction.
